Now is a great time to get a shed, and I know you don't want just any old shed. You want a "hey neighbor, put this in your pipe and smoke it" shed. And luckily for you, that's the only kind of shed we know how to make.

We are Redi Bilt Sheds, located in Minneapolis, MN and St Catharines, Ontario, Canada (by Buffalo, NY). Just a GL company right in the heart of Gumption county. (For you non Minnesotans, GL means GARAGE LOGIC, or common sense, a rare commodity now-a-day). We have many styles and options to chose from. You also have the option of us building the shed for you (if you live within the area of a distribution center), or to have a complete kit delivered to your house that you put together. NOTE: We have been going to the Chicago, IL area more and more with kits and even building some. If you live there, or anywhere on the way we may be able to help you. Choose From

1 Foot Overhang

Has 7 foot side walls, 4/12 pitch roof, roof has a 1 foot overhang with soffits and vents, and comes standard with double doors in either the end wall or side wall.

Gable

It is similar to the overhang in that it has 7 foot side walls, 4/12 pitch roof and comes standard with double doors in either the end wall or side wall, but the roof has minimal overhang.

Playhouse

Has 6 foot side walls, 8/12 pitch roof with an 8 inch overhang without soffits. Comes standard with single door and 1 window.

Barn

Looks like a country barn. Has a hipped roof, 4 foot side walls and double doors. If all you need is the floor space to store stuff, then this may be the shed for you.

Custom Built

Any of our existing sheds can be modified to meet your needs. Or if you have something special you want built, send it in and let us take a look at it. After reviewing the project we will let you know how much it will be.

If you're the handyman type, have a few tools, can read instructions, want to get a high quality shed and save a few bucks along with impressing your neighbors, friends, family, and especially your wife (or husband for you women), you should really look at getting one of our kits. Our kits come with everything you need, including:

• Nails and Hardware (door handles, window hinges, door hasp, etc)
• Walls pre-constructed
• Doors pre-constructed
• Floor, siding, and roof pre-cut
• Shingles
• And step by step INSTRUCTIONS

Delivery is FREE within the Minneapolis MN metro area or other distribution centers. Contact us for delivery costs if you live 35 miles or more out side the Minneapolis area for delivery costs. If you do live within the Minneapolis area, you will usually have your kit within 7 to 10 days from placing the order. Delivery for people outside this area may be longer depending on delivery time and availability. Payment is due on delivery. We gladly accept cash, check, or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

OK, so you need a shed but you're just too busy to put it up yourself. Or maybe you're not all that handy around the ol' tool shed. NO PROBLEM!! Our builders can put up your shed for you. We can haul it in and drop it off, or build it right at the site. All we need is access to the site with a power supply close by. We will usually have it built within one day.

Build prices vary from building to building depending on size and style. Take a look at the prices page to get our latest prices (from our sister site).

Buildings ordered that you would like to have built usually have a wait period of about 1 to 3 weeks from the date of ordering.

• It is the customers responsibility to do the site prep-work where the shed is to be built. We require that the site be within 6 to 8 inches of being level. Our builders will spend up to 15 minutes preparing a site. Any time there after is charges extra at $45/half hour.
• It is the customers responsibility to provide any special leveling material. (i.e. patio stones, cinder blocks, cedar blocks, etc.) If no leveling material is provided, we will use our own leveling material which does not consist of these items.
• Buildings cannot be built right next to a fence or existing building. Our builders need at least a 3 feet perimeter around the building in order to work. Plus most cities require that a shed be at least 3-5 feet from a fence line anyway.
• Payment is due upon completion of the shed. If you will not be present at the time of the shed being completed you will need to pay in full before hand. We accept cash, personal check, or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
• If there are any trees that need to be trimmed it is the customers responsibility to do so. Our builders will trim some branches as needed.
• For insurance reasons, we require that all people (especially children) and pets not be around the shed while being built. We use pneumatic (air powered) nail guns. If a nail were to miss the wood and hit someone, it could cause very serious injury.
